This stunning collection of pottery was made in the small village of Troyan in Central Bulgaria by a family who has been in business for four generations. The terracotta clay has a specific red coloring that turns brown after it has been fired, and a toothpick is used to create the mandala design and motifs throughout. As each piece is made by hand, there are slight variations in the pattern and scale.
