Peruvian Rug No. 4
Made in Los Andes de Peru in the 1970s/80s, this rare collection of rugs belonged to a textile collector in Lima and is an extraordinary representation of folk imagery and textile design from the region. Woven with 100% wool, they’re covered in floral, geometric, and animal motifs as well as the weaver’s initials (as seen on select pieces). Each rug has been treated.
Measurements: 78 x 56 in.
