Miniature Floral Painting No. 5

This collection of miniature Mughal floral paintings were made by a master miniature painter in Jaipur, India. Using natural pigments and gold foil on handmade paper, each is painted in fine detail and shows a beautiful variety of florals - the centerpiece most likely being a still life or a copy from a European print. The borders on each are truly exquisite.
